課程概述

本課程針對微生物學相關之研究工具，微生物之細胞構造及生長代謝、分類地位、基因體學等，及相關之免疫學、血清學之應用進行介紹，使同學對微生物學及相關學術領域有廣泛的認識。

課程目標

介紹微生物學及相關學術領域之核心知識。

課程要求

1.上課時間：每週一第2-4堂。2/20/2017(ㄧ)第一次上課，6/12/2017課程講授結束。
2.PowerPoint講義以PDF檔案置於CEIBA，請同學自行下載，不另印製紙本講義。
3.本學期配合2次國定或彈性假日(2/27, 4/3)，相關課程內容調整如下:
(1)講義仍發足49 hr之內容，實際講授43 hr。(2)少講授之6 hr為: chapter 1講義3 hr只
講授1 hr; chapter 4講義4 hr只講授3 hr; chapter 8 講義4.5 hr只講授4 hr;
chapter 9講義4.5 hr只講授2 hr。
4.2/27調整放假，於2/18 (六)補上班，不補上課。
5.5/29調整放假，於6/3 (六)補上課。
6.1st Exam日期：訂於3/27/2017舉行。考試範圍: chapters 1-4.
2nd Exam日期：訂於5/8/2017舉行。考試範圍: chapters 6-9.
1st & 2nd Exams於3/27及5/8第一堂課舉行，同學可提前於8:30AM前來考試。
7.期末考日期：訂於6/19/2017舉行。考試範圍: chapters 10-13, and 15.
8.第5, 9 suppl., 14, 16, 17章提供PowerPoint講義檔案，請自行研讀，不列入考試。
